10–14 weeks
One screen that tells you what’s happening in your business, instead of five spreadsheets that disagree. Most of what we do, and usually the fastest to pay for itself — we agree the task it has to fix before we quote, and we measure it afterwards.

4–8 weeks
The jobs someone in your office does every week because the software won’t: re-keying orders between two systems, chasing the same five people for the same figures, exporting a spreadsheet so another spreadsheet can read it. We automate the ones worth automating and leave the rest alone.

Booking, quoting, job tracking, client portals. For when an off-the-shelf product gets you seventy per cent of the way and then charges you forever for the missing thirty.

Fast, written properly, and editable by whoever in your office is least keen on computers. No page builder that falls apart in eighteen months, and no forty-page content exercise.

A real app in both stores, not a website in a wrapper. Usually because your people are out on site with no signal and a browser tab won’t do — and only when there’s an honest reason it can’t be a web app instead.

A written verdict on what you actually own and what finishing it costs — including when the honest answer is bin it. Fixed fee, no obligation afterwards.

Monthly, rolling
Updates, backups, monitoring and a named person who notices when something breaks, usually before you do. It stops the thing you paid for quietly rotting.

Payment
Thirty per cent on signing, forty at the halfway point, thirty when it goes live. No hourly billing and no change-request theatre — if the brief grows, we price that separately and openly, before we build it.
If you walk away mid-build you keep everything built to that point, in your own accounts, and owe only the stage reached.
